Signifly accelerates international growth with senior London hire

By Rasmus Vestergaard,
PR & Communications Consultant

Big moves in London, as we welcome Jonathan Goldmacher as Managing Director of our London studio.

After two decades inside the world’s biggest network agencies, Jonathan wasn’t looking for more of the same. He was looking for speed. For decisions that don’t sit in decks. For a place where AI isn’t a talking point, but already baked into the work.

That’s where we come in.

He’s built and scaled some seriously impressive things – from growing client services at R/GA during its Agency of the Year run, to launching MullenLowe New York, to leading a 400-person creative and media setup at Valtech across three continents.

But this move? It’s about doing things differently.

"What drew me to Signifly was the combination that's extremely hard to find — serious Nordic design DNA, genuine technical depth, and a real appetite for both early-stage founders and established global brands. There aren't many places where you get to work across that full range. And in the middle of an AI revolution, that's exactly where I want to be." — Jonathan Goldmacher, Managing Director, Signifly London

His arrival builds on what’s already in motion.

Earlier this year, co-founder and Group CEO Michael Valentin relocated to London to get closer to the action. Since then, the team has been growing — now 15 Signiflyers strong — working across brand elevation, digital products, and growth marketing.

And we’re just getting started.

With Canada anchoring our North American presence, London is the next step in connecting the dots between Europe, the UK, and the US. Same Nordic rigor. Same technical backbone. Just closer to where things are moving fast.

"AI is the talk of the town right now, but the agencies that will matter are the ones that combine it with real creative and strategic craft. Jonathan brings that combination – tech fluency, creative instinct, and the hands-on experience to help us shape our next generation of offerings." — Michael Valentin, Group CEO and co-founder, Signifly
